Narrow Tunnel Adaptation – Built for Real Conditions

A recent upgrade focused on narrow tunnel and cold-resistant applications. For mines in Central Asia and Mongolia, where tunnels are limited to 2.4-2.8 meters in width and winter temperatures drop to -40°C, Beijun developed slim chassis designs and reinforced body structures.

In an 8-month continuous field test at a Mongolian old mine, Beijun trucks had zero wall collision or jamming accidents. The vehicles' turning radius was reduced by 18% through optimized steering structure.

Global Trust – Serving Mines Worldwide

Beijun's underground mining trucks are exported to more than 20 countries. The company has overseas branches in Chile, Peru, Kazakhstan, and other locations. Domestic service includes 8 regional centers and 26 parts warehouses. The company offers a "4H rapid response" mechanism and parts delivery within 72 hours for overseas operations.

In 2025, Beijun delivered 20 UQ-12 underground dump trucks to a large gold mine in Yunnan. The mine's tunnels were only 3.2 meters wide. After 6 months of continuous use, vehicle failure rates were below industry average. The wet brake system showed no heat fade on long downhill hauls. The customer ordered 10 more units.

2026 Direction – Intelligence and New Energy

Beijun is accelerating toward electrification and intelligent operation. The company's UQ series trucks feature self-developed wet brake systems, cold-riveted frames with 700L high-strength steel, and FOPS/ROPS certified cabins.
